If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date you issued the order.

Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged only if they are defective or damaged. This applies to purchases made online and in our physical store.
To be eligible:
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Original packaging, price tags, and invoices must be included.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order or purchase.
Please note:
Limited edition, discounted, or collaboration items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
The following Goods cannot be returned if:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. All limited edition, discounted, and previous collaborative items are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Return or Exchange
Contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp, email, or in-store to report the defect or issue with your item.
Provide your order number and images of the product and defect (if applicable).
Once approved, you can ship or bring the item back to us.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection before approval.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are only available if we are unable to replace or repair a defective item. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item and credited to the original payment method.
Alteration

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, either online or in-store.
Exchange
If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
